WALLICK AND VOLK

The Standard-Flagstaff is an existing mixed-use project located at 824 W RTE 66 in flagstaff, az. The project consists of 4 stories of student housing above amenities and retail on the ground floor facing route 66.  The project has a centralized parking structure that provides parking for both the residents and retail components.  The retail is divided into two clusters: retail ‘A’ and retail ‘B’.  The scope of this project is for the retail ‘A3’ located in the retail 'A' cluster. Suite 'A3' has been previously upgraded to a 'white shell' level with electrical panels, plumbing stub-outs, meters, and HVAC systems w/o distribution.
