As part of the City Hall and campus renovation, the former Bead Museum was converted into a temporary office space. Initially without an assigned user, the design team performed test fits to determine the optimal department to occupy the space. The design introduced natural daylight, flexible work areas, and offices. Upgrades included full ADA compliance, a new HVAC system, and modern finishes and furnishings—all delivered on a tight schedule and within budget. When City Hall is ready for Development Services to relocate to their new facility, the building will become the new home of Glendale’s Information Technology Department.
