NAU NORTH VALLEY RENOVATION

The project is a partial renovation to an existing facility at the North Valley satellite campus of NAU. The suite services the Nursing training program and provides nursing training classrooms. To meet an aggressive schedule, the project underwent Self-Certification. The design team managed landlord approvals in addition to permitting and the project was phased to allow for continuity of operations.
