Overview
Located in Phoenix, AZ, the Marilyn is a boutique office workspace occupying the former shell of a corporate lumber headquarters built in 1976. Conceptualized as a ‘coworking’ space, the programming effort removed a serpentine and fragmented series of offices, prioritizing light and openness in the work environment. The plan offers flexible configurations ranging from corporate suites to private and shared offices. The workspace is arranged along a central spine with shared amenities including a restaurant, meeting rooms, kitchen and lounge, and atrium conference room. A new entry and plaza on the East of the building marks the arrival to the campus, and floor-to-ceiling office glazing allows light to permeate the spaces.
