The School of Earth and Sustainability is a 1,472.52 SF tenant improvement project located on the 2nd floor of the Science Annex Building. The program occupies space allocated for future growth. The project’s short duration schedule required a unique approach. The project team implemented demountable partitions and glass to preserve daylight and to expedite construction. Office, conference and collaborative work zones maintain connections to the exterior and benefit from biophillic design elements (indoor planting at the open workstation spine). A meditation room is included in the scope of work.
