Overview
Located in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas, an aging apartment complex required a complete transformation to revitalize its curb appeal, restore failing amenities, and implement critical accessibility upgrades. In response, the design team curated a polished exterior palette with the intent of establishing a distinct property identity that remained complementary to the owner’s adjacent real estate portfolio.
A courtyard renovation reimagined the site’s social hubs: an existing pool was modernized with new finishes and a new ramp, providing—for the first time—a fully accessible path to the leasing office. Additionally, a dilapidated tennis court was converted into a vibrant activity deck featuring a pickleball court, outdoor dining areas, and space for yard games. Lightvox led the multi-disciplinary effort, coordinating the new brand identity, landscaping, and architectural improvements, while providing full FF&E services for the site and leasing office.
