EVOLVE FITNESS

Evolve Fitness is a tenant improvement project for a new fitness center within an existing vanilla shell commercial suite at the ground floor of a 5-story mixed-use multifamily building.  The compact space is organized with a simple partii which orients a bar of enclosed private spaces, including therapy, recovery rooms, and offices, as an acoustical barrier between louder studio spaces and adjacent tenants.  With sound mitigation as a priority, the design employed multiple sound dampening techniques developed in collaboration with the project’s acoustician, IMEG.
