Conceived of as a neighborhood alehouse dedicated to the celebration of craft beer and craft food, Central Kitchen was envisioned as a vibrant social hub.  A glass-walled dining room is anchored by a centerpiece two-sided bar and a series of custom steel and wood community tables and booths.  With a palette of charred sho-sugi-bahn wood and warm accents inspired by the golden hues of the brand’s ales, the dining room features a custom bottle-cap wall and amber tinted windows.  Backed by a robust commercial kitchen, the project’s plan maximizes dining and cooking capacity by orienting the restrooms to the exterior patio and eliminating traditional back-of-house corridors.
