Andrews Institute Mission is to provide the best medical care for the musculoskeletal system, using the latest innovative clinical and surgical technologies, and to improve patient care through research and education with an emphasis on prevention. The master plan locates multiple separate, independent and joint-venture businesses on a single campus providing health care and performance services to the public and setting a level of convenience unprecedented in any health care setting. Program elements within the campus included complete wellness food service, nursing school facilities, medical facilities, athletic training fields, faculty, staff and athlete’s housing (for those teaching, researching, and receiving treatment). The project incorporates several historic buildings within the campus into future plans for sensitive programmatic insertions.
