PROFILE

Blakeley's Rejuvenation involved the adaptive reuse of a muffler shop into a multi-tenant restaurant.  The appraoch involved the activation of an existing auto canopy with food trucks to create a vibrant street presence.  Playful pavement striping further delineates a vibrant pedestrian zone moving back into the site and makes automobile traffic aware of movement across auto drives.

Site planning and parking studies were undertaken to determine maximum capacity and footprint for restaurant buildings and patios, in addition to aesthetic endeavors.
